The software developer Boyum IT Solutions, which is majority owned by the UK private equity investor Volpi Capital, has acquired the Danish software company Perfion.
Perfion offers its customers management of their product information and integration of its solution with other enterprise software solutions and has, in addition to its Danish headquarters, offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and the US.
Accura assisted Boyum IT Solutions in connection with the acquisition.
