The private equity fund Axcel has sold its majority stake in Mountain Top, developer and manufacturer of equipment for pickup trucks, to RealTruck.
The Danish company Mountain Top has been designing and manufacturing accessories for pickup trucks since 1987 and, today, is a leading international player in the market with businesses in Australia, the USA, Thailand, etc.
Together with the founders, Mountain Top is sold to RealTruck, which is a global supplier of aftermarket accessories for pickup trucks and is owned by the international private equity fund L Catterton.
