Accura has received the M&A Legal Advisor of the Year (Denmark) Award from the leading international rating agency Mergermarket. Accura received the award for the second consecutive year.
The announcement was made at the European M&A Awards at which Mergermarket brings together the leading M&A legal and financial advisors of the year.
In connection with the announcement, Mergermarket attached importance to the fact that Accura has provided particularly value-adding advisory services in connection with our clients’ transactions and that we have introduced creative and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Moreover, it was noted that Accura displayed the ability to add great value to our clients’ transactions in uncertain times through the integration of complex competition and restructuring law in our M&A legal advice offering.
Finally, it proved essential that Accura was one of the leading law firms within transactions (by volume and value) during the past year and with great success has advised the corporate segment on transactions such as Nets, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Codan, Alm. Brand Bank and NutraQ.
