We begin the new year with 16 well deserved new appointments. Accura has appointed two new partners, three new associate partners and 11 new directors as at 1 January 2024.

Aleksander Jon Andersen

Aleksander focuses primarily on domestic and international real estate transactions, development projects, business lease law and general commercial law.
Aleksander was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2020.
Andrew Herring
New director
Renewable Energy
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in advising private and public sector clients on the structuring and delivery of major innovative projects and transactions in the energy, renewables and transport infrastructure sectors. These projects have spanned key global markets, including North America, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the UK.
Andrew joined Accura in 2022.
Anne Galthen
New director
Real Estate
Anne focuses on asset management, real estate transactions and dispute resolutions before tribunals, courts and the Danish Institute of Arbitration. She is a specialist in residential lease and business lease law and social dwellings. She advises domestic and international clients on conveyance and development of residential and business properties and has extensive experience of negotiating and drafting lease agreements.
Anne was admitted to the Danish bar and joined Accura in 2021.
Ann-Sofie Trampe Jarløv

Ann-Sofie focuses primarily on capital market law, including processes concerning issue of shares and verification processes and private placement. She advises listed companies and domestic and foreign investors and financial institutions on capital market matters and capital market transactions. Moreover, she focuses on M&A and company law in connection with sales and purchase processes.
Ann-Sofie joined Accura for the first time in 2017 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2022.
Babar Khan

Babar is a highly specialised and skilled advisor within company and commercial law. Babar has developed a unique skills set through his experience from the legal profession and the corporate sector, which enables him to understand and advise domestic and international businesses.
Babar was admitted to the Danish bar in 2017 and joined Accura in 2022.
Catharina Troen

Catharina advises domestic and international private equity funds and industrial businesses on business transfers and investments in companies. She provides advice on all aspects of M&A transactions, including the structuring of transactions, due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
Catharina was admitted to the Danish bar in 2020 and joined Accura in 2022.
Daniel Haue Jakobsson
New partner
Dispute Resolution
Daniel specialises in conducting major commercial and complex disputes, particularly litigation and arbitral proceedings concerning M&A disputes, insurance law and the law of damages (commercial and product liability, advisors’, directors’ and management liability), contractual liability, matters relating to financial businesses and construction contract liability.
He acts as an arbitrator, and he has extensive experience of providing advice to domestic and international businesses.
Daniel was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2019.
Francesco Tagliagambe

Renewable Energy
Francesco advises clients on global renewable energy projects, including wind, solar and hydroelectric technologies, from the early development stage to construction and operation. He drafts and negotiates project finance documents, manages due diligence activities and also has broad experience with energy trading, assisting both buyers and sellers on the drafting and negotiation of offtake agreements, mainly corporate power purchase agreements, both physical and virtual.
Francesco was admitted to the Italian bar in 2013 and joined Accura in 2023.
Frederik Thufason
New associate partner
Corporate & Commercial
Frederik specialises in regulatory matters, ESG and compliance and is in charge of ESG & Legal Compliance at Accura. He assists domestic and foreign businesses in identifying and managing risks and opportunities within ESG and compliance in connection with M&A transactions and other complex transactions. Moreover, Frederik has extensive experience of establishing and enhancing compliance programmes, e.g. within ESG, sanctions and export control, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and fraud.
Frederik joined Accura in 2022.
Gitte Mathilde Selvig Petri

M&A Restructuring
Gitte focuses on restructuring and insolvency processes, general commercial law and administration of bankruptcy estates. She provides advice on failing businesses, management considerations and possible reorganisations and deals with general dispute resolution and legal proceedings. Gitte has vast experience of assessing potentially voidable transactions, management issues and whether there is a basis for claiming damages.
Gitte was admitted to the Danish bar in 2020 and joined Accura in 2021.
Jakob Knudsen

Jakob advises domestic and international businesses and private equity funds on business transfers. He mainly advises on the drafting of transaction documents, legal due diligence, structuring considerations, W&I insurances and company and commercial law issues.
Jakob was admitted to the Danish bar in 2018 and joined Accura in 2021.
Line Rom Gottschalck-Andersen

Line specialises in the sale and purchase of real estate. She focuses primarily on project development of residential and business properties, including agreements in transaction and development processes.

Lise Grothen

Lise is specialised in business properties. She focuses primarily on real estate transactions and large development projects relating to privately-owned homes, cooperative housing and business properties. She has extensive experience of project development cases, and she provides advice to both domestic and international clients, including private equity funds, institutional investors, real estate developers, players subject to construction law and real estate companies.
Lise was admitted to the Danish bar in 2007 and joined Accura in 2020.
Matilde Juul

Renewable Energy
Matilde specialises in renewable energy and has extensive experience of negotiating and drafting complex contracts for offshore wind projects in Denmark and abroad, e.g. for the purpose of purchasing and servicing wind turbines. Moreover, she is engaged in other renewable energy projects, including projects relating to onshore wind, geothermal energy, solar energy and biogas and other major construction and infrastructure projects.
Matilde joined Accura in 2023.
Sebastian Alexander Buchwald

Sebastian has a special focus on all types of incentive schemes, non-competition clauses, reorganisations, legal proceedings and the drafting of employment law contracts.

Tobias is engaged in court and arbitral proceedings and has extensive experience of conducting litigation within commercial liability and damages, including in particular litigation in respect of advisors’ liability and construction contracts.
