Peter is particularly specialised in VAT and direct taxes and has substantial experience of providing advice to Danish and international businesses in connection with business transfers and reorganisations and the set-up and adjustment of incentive structures.

Peter also has experience of tax law disputes and has conducted cases before the courts and administrative authorities.
