Katinka advises domestic and international businesses on competition law matters, including matters concerning information exchange, abuse of a dominant position, general competition law compliance and merger control.

Katinka specialises in disputes before boards of appeal and legal proceedings, including in particular competition law actions for damages, review of public authority decisions and criminal proceedings within both competition law and sector-specific regulation. She has had a particular focus on cases within the energy sector.

Katinka has experience of legal proceedings within copyright and media law and provides advisory services on tech regulation and platform liability.
