Dzenana advises domestic and international businesses on all aspects of competition law, including general compliance and transaction-related issues such as merger control and clean team processes. She has experience in notifying both large and small mergers to the Danish competition authorities and the European Commission.

Dzenana also advises businesses with a dominant position and assists businesses in connection with dawn raids conducted by the Danish competition authorities.
