Daniel advises domestic and international businesses on finance law.
As part of Accura's Fund Formation and Alternative Investments Team, Daniel provides advice to domestic and international private equity funds and asset managers on all matters in connection with the establishment and operation of investment funds. Moreover, he advises institutional investors and other professional investors on investments in and co-investments with private equity funds.
