Aleksander Jon Andersen
Aleksander is a part of Accura’s Real Estate Team.
He advises clients on domestic and international real estate transactions, development projects, business lease law and general commercial law.
Aleksander was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2020.
Claes Holm-Nielsen
Claes is a part of Accura’s Real Estate Team.
He advises clients on domestic and international real estate transactions.
Claes became a legal advisor in 2018 and joined Accura in 2015.
Jannick Kofoed Mortensen
Jannick is a part of Accura’s Banking & Finance Team.
He advises domestic and international businesses, private equity funds and banks on financing and focuses primarily on financial transactions.
Jannick became a legal advisor in 2018 and joined Accura in 2019.
Matias Nordmann
Matias is a part of Accura’s M&A Team.
He advises on commercial and company law matters in connection with the sale and acquisition of businesses, including sale and acquisition of wind and solar farms.
Matias was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2018.
Peter Moldt Mortensen
Peter is a part of Accura’s Direct and Indirect Taxes Team.
He is particularly specialised in VAT and indirect taxes and advises domestic and international businesses in connection with business transfers and reorganisations and the set-up and adjustment of incentive structures. Peter has also conducted cases before the courts and administrative authorities in relation to tax law disputes.
Peter was admitted to the Danish bar in 2017 and joined Accura in 2019.
Sebastian Roed
Sebastian is a part of Accura’s Banking & Finance Team.
He advises on real estate financing, acquisition finance and bond issues. He typically advises domestic and international private equity funds, privately held and listed businesses as well as banks, pension funds and other financial institutions.
Sebastian was admitted to the Danish bar in 2017 and joined Accura the same year.
Simon Breining
Simon is a part of Accura’s Real Estate Team.
He focuses on real estate transactions, development projects and business lease law. He advises domestic and international clients, including private and institutional investors, real estate developers, pension funds and private equity funds.
Simon was admitted to the Danish bar in 2017 and joined Accura in 2016.
Tobias Vinnes-Weibel
Tobias is a part of Accura’s Dispute Resolution Team.
He is engaged in court and arbitral proceedings. He has extensive experience of conducting litigation within commercial liability and damages, including in particular litigation in respect of advisors’ liability and construction contracts.
Tobias was admitted to the Danish bar in 2017 and joined Accura in 2021.
