Urban Partners has sold the office building “The Market” to a fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers Nordic.
The property is approx. 9,400 m² and is located at Grønttorvet, Copenhagen’s former fruit, vegetables and flowers market, in Valby. The property is based on Urban Partners’ office concept Woods. The majority of the space is leased out to DEAS, who will continue as a tenant after the change of ownership.
