Accura has assisted the Danish state and Statens Serum Institut (SSI) with the divestment and sale of the diagnostics business SSI Diagnostica to the Swedish private equity fund Adelis Equity Partners at a price of approx. DKK 250m.
SSI Diagnostica is an independent business unit under Statens Serum Institut (SSI), which develops, produces and sells products used e.g. for diagnosis (in vitro diagnostic products) for clinical microbiology, veterinary diagnostics, food control as well as environmental and hygiene control to the home market and abroad. The company employs 90 people in Hillerød and is a public enterprise under the Danish Ministry of Health.
