TEFCOLD Group has acquired the Spanish cooling company Horeca Global Solutions.
Horeca Global Solutions is a market leader within commercial cooling and other Horeca products in the Iberian Peninsula. The company is headquartered in Barcelona and has a total of 21 employees in Spain and Portugal. Horeca Global Solutions is a subsidiary of Eurofred, a market leader within heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
TEFCOLD Group is headquartered in Viborg, Denmark, and is among Europe’s leading providers of commercial cooling and freezing solutions. The company has more than 170 employees in ten countries and serves more than 6,000 customers in 100 countries.
The acquisition of Horeca Global Solutions is TEFCOLD Group’s seventh acquisition in seven years and will open the market in the Iberian Peninsula. The company previously acquired TopCold and Mondial Groupe France with assistance from Accura.
