TEFCOLD Group strengthens its presence in Germany with the acquisition of the cooling business Eureka.
Eureka is a distributor of cooling solutions for the professional market in Germany and has a particularly strong position with large breweries and food manufacturers. The company employs 15 people and is headquartered in Emsdetten with a service setup covering all of Germany.
TEFCOLD Group is headquartered in Viborg, Denmark, and is among Europe’s leading providers of commercial refrigeration and freezing solutions. The company has more than 170 employees in ten countries and serves more than 6,000 customers in 100 countries.
Earlier this year, TEFCOLD Group also strengthened its business in Spain with the acquisition of Horeca Global Solutions with assistance from Accura.
