The American investment fund Starwood Capital has sold Comfort Hotel Vesterbro to the Nordic real estate and urban development investor Nrep.
Comfort Hotel Vesterbro, which was constructed in 1990 and later modified in 2014, is located in Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen. The hotel comprises 13,560 m2 and has 399 rooms. As the new owner, Nrep now wants to renovate the property for DKK 50 million to make it self-sufficient in green energy etc.
Starwood has owned Comfort Hotel Vesterbro since 2021.
