Swedish Spolargruppen has acquired Dansk Ventilationsforing through its subsidiary Greenpipe.
Dansk Ventilationsforing is a specialist in cured-in-place pipe lining of ventilation ducts. Renovating old ventilation ducts with the use of pull-in-place pipe lining is a less expensive and green alternative to a complete pipe replacement and also causes minimal annoyance to residents.
Spolargruppen is Sweden’s largest company within waste pipe relining, pull-in-place pipe lining of ventilation ducts and drainage and sewage services and wash downs in residential properties. The company has businesses in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
In 2022, Accura also advised Spolargruppen in connection with the acquisition of Greenpipe.
