The Swedish company Spolargruppen has acquired the Danish waste pipe specialist Greenpipe.
Greenpipe is a leader in Denmark within waste pipe relining. Waste pipe relining is a more sustainable and cheaper alternative to the traditional renovation methods of waste pipe systems because the old waste pipes are being reused. In the process, the waste pipe is cleaned, dried and coated inside with a special type of coating. The method does not involve dust, noise or construction work.
Greenpipe was formed in 2011 and has approx. 25 employees. The day-to-day management of Greenpipe will continue unchanged.
Spolargruppen is Sweden’s largest company within waste pipe relining, pull-in-place pipe lining of ventilation ducts and drainage and sewage services and wash downs in residential properties. The company has businesses in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
