Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB acquires Denmark-based Fade Acoustic Ceilings

Sweden-based Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB has concluded an agreement on the acquisition of the Danish company Fade Acoustic Ceilings Europe ApS (“Fade Acoustic Ceilings”).

Fade Acoustic Ceilings is specialised in acoustic plaster systems. The company develops and sells seamless acoustic plaster solutions with highly sound absorbing qualities offering a monolithic finishing aspect appreciated by high-end customers, architects and interior designers.

Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB, with head office in Sweden, develops, manufactures and markets sound-absorbing systems and acoustic panels, baffles and ceiling systems for the office, educational and healthcare sectors. Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB is a subsidiary of the global French manufacturer and distributor of construction and high-performance materials Compagnie de Saint-Gobain.
