The Danish fibre optic cable company Roblon has acquired the Czech company Vamafil.
Vamafil treats and processes high-performance fibres for fibre manufacturers and other businesses that use high-performance fibres in their production.
Vamafil employs approx. 100 people and has a factory of 15,000 m2 centrally located in the Czech Republic.
The acquisition is part of Roblon’s growth strategy within its core business, the fibre optic cable industry.
The completion of the transaction is subject to confirmatory due diligence on a couple of matters, retention of management and other customary closing conditions.
