The IT freelance provider Right People Group, which is majority-owned by the private equity fund Capidea, has acquired the IT consulting business ShareMinds.
ShareMinds provides IT business consultants to leading businesses and public institutions. The business primarily provides services to the largest IT installations in Denmark and specialises in projects within the financial sector. The business was formed in 2009 and has offices in Copenhagen and Silkeborg, Denmark.
Right People Group is a leading provider of IT and business development consultants and is present in several European countries. With the acquisition of ShareMinds, Right People Group aims to expand its service offerings and accelerate its growth in the rapidly developing IT services market in Europe, especially within the financial sector.
The transaction is Right People Group’s second strategic add-on acquisition since Capidea acquired the business in January 2024 with the assistance of Accura. Right People Group also acquired Avenida Consult in April 2024.
