Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest and other shareholders have sold Refurb to Egiss Group.
Refurb specialises in the acquisition of used IT equipment from companies and public organisations for renovation, recycling and resale. The sustainable and socially responsible business model makes Refurb a circular economy company.
Refurb has businesses in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

The acquisition strengthens Egiss Group’s life cycle services. Egiss Group is owned by the British company EMK Capital.
