Pears Global Real Estate Denmark has acquired the shares in Ejendomsselskabet af 1.11.1979 ApS and therefore acquires a Danish real estate portfolio of six properties with 421 dwellings and a total area of approx. 50,000 m2.
The properties, consisting of both commonhold units and terraced houses, are located in Copenhagen S, Copenhagen V, Kastrup, Greve and Roskilde and are taken over from KNURS Foundation.
