Pears Global Real Estate Denmark (“Pears Global”) has acquired a residential portfolio from KKR and Fokus Nordic.
The portfolio consists of 213 dwellings and comprises approx. 18,500 m². The properties are located in the Danish cities Hellerup, Klampenborg, Charlottenlund, Farum, Copenhagen Ø, Smørum, Rungsted Kyst and Frederiksberg.
