Patrizia has sold the residential property Nordre Teglkaj 12-46 in the Sydhavn district of Copenhagen for DKK 690 million to Norway’s largest pension fund KLP. The transaction is KLP’s first residential investment in Denmark.
The property was constructed in 2016 and comprises approx. 12,500 m² distributed across 127 flats and terraced houses.
The acquisition is expected to take place on 31 August 2026.
