OJ Rådgivende Ingeniører sold to Sweco

The Danish engineering company OJ Rådgivende Ingeniører has been sold to Sweco Denmark.

OJ Rådgivende Ingeniører was formed in 1946 and has since become one of Denmark’s leading engineering companies with strong skills within the classic engineering disciplines and focus areas, such as contractor consulting services, energy and indoor climate, soil and environmental engineering and fire protection consulting to private and public clients.

OJ Rådgivende Ingeniører is a partner-operated business and has 325 employees across nine offices and several project offices. The employees are mainly engineers and specialists. Both the parent company OJ Rådgivende Ingeniører and the subsidiary OJ Brandrådgivning will be transferred to Sweco as part of the transaction.

Sweco Denmark has 1,500 employees across offices in 13 cities and provides advice on all architectural and engineering projects, often delivering integrated consulting. Sweco Denmark is part of Sweco, Europe’s leading architectural and engineering business with more than 21,000 employees in 13 countries and projects in more than 70 countries worldwide.
