Nrep has sold a portfolio consisting of a total of 1,758 newly built student housing units to the American real estate investor and property manager Greystar. With this transaction, Greystar enters the Nordic region.
The portfolio consists of more than 60,000 m2 across four newly built properties in Amager, Nordhavn, Valby and Frederiksberg.
The properties are developed and operated by Nrep as part of their UMEUS concept. The first property went live in 2021 and the last in 2024. Each project includes compact private flats and large shared facilities that meet the residents’ needs.
