The financial advisory house NORTH has acquired the business Realkreditkonsulenterne.
Realkreditkonsulenterne was formed in 2014 and is one of Denmark’s leading mortgage advisory businesses. Among other things, the business offers a digital tool making it possible to monitor bond prices in real time and, therefore, convert and raise new loans at the most advantageous time.
NORTH is an impartial advisory house within indemnity insurance, pension, financial products and mortgage credit. NORTH is owned by the private equity fund Polaris and was formed in 2021 based on the merger of four advisory businesses.
In connection with the transaction, NORTH takes over all employees and customers of Realkreditkonsulenterne. This increases the total number of customers of NORTH’s mortgage credit business to more than 3,000.
Realkreditkonsulenterne is the third business acquired by NORTH in the past 12 months.
