The solar energy companies Nordic Solar Energy, Nordic Solar Global and Nordic Solar Management have merged at a total market value of more than DKK 2bn.
The merger creates one of Scandinavia’s largest solar energy companies with more than 120 solar parks in 9 European countries.
Following the merger Nordic Solar plans to IPO on the Main Market of NASDAQ Copenhagen within 12 to 18 months.
