Nordic Drives Group has completed its fifth acquisition in Denmark by acquiring Hirtshals El-Motorservice.
Founded in 1962, Hirtshals El-Motorservice has a well-equipped electromechanical workshop and specialises in servicing, troubleshooting, repairing and selling a wide range of generators and electric motor rewinding. The company also has expertise in the maintenance and sales of industrial pumps, and its key customer segments include the maritime, offshore and wind energy industries.
Nordic Drives Group was formed in 2022 with the aim of becoming the market leader in Northern Europe within motors and drives. Nordic Drives Group is owned by the Swedish private equity fund MVI.
