Nordic Drives Group has acquired the Danish electric motor specialist Fabrika.
Fabrika manufactures and distributes customised white label electric motors to the OEM segment (original equipment manufacturer) within a variety of industries. The majority of Fabrika’s customers are Danish and German.
Fabrika was formed in 2011 and, today, has 15 employees in Denmark and Germany.
Nordic Drives Group is a newly established group, focusing on sales and after-market solutions for drives and electric motors etc. Nordic Drives Group is owned by the Swedish private equity fund MVI.
