Nordic Drives Group has completed its third acquisition in Denmark by acquiring the electromechanical business Aalestrup Elektro.
Aalestrup Elektro was formed in 1957 and operates three electromechanical workshops in Aalestrup, Aars and Skive, Denmark, with a total of 25 employees. The business offers service, repairs, spare parts and the like to industrial customers in Northern Jutland, Denmark.
Nordic Drives Group was formed in 2022 with the aim of becoming the market leader in Northern Europe within motors and drives. Nordic Drives Group is owned by the Swedish private equity fund MVI.
Accura advised MVI in connection with the transaction. Accura also advised MVI in connection with the acquisition of Fabrika and Midtjydsk Elektro.
