Nordic Climate Group, a portfolio company of Altor Equity Partners, has acquired the cooling business PVN Køleteknik.
PVN Køleteknik has more than 60 years’ experience in the cooling business and advises on, installs and services different types of cooling systems to stores, hospitals, service and industrial businesses and private individuals. The business focuses on sustainability and energy efficiency and continuously develops its solutions.
PVN Køleteknik is headquartered in Ringe on Funen, Denmark, and has approx. 30 employees.
Nordic Climate Group is the leading provider of cooling, heating and energy-efficient installations in the Nordic region. The company operates in Sweden, Norway and Finland and entered Denmark in May 2023 following the acquisition of SA-AL Køleteknik with assistance from Accura. The business focuses on helping its customers minimise their carbon footprint while maximising the energy efficiency of their cooling, heating and energy solutions. Nordic Climate Group, which was formed in 2021, shows revenue of SEK 3.4 billion and has 1,200 employees working from 70 local businesses in the Nordic region.
