Nordic Climate Group, a portfolio company under Altor Equity Partners, is once again expanding its activities in Denmark with the acquisition of the three businesses Buus Køle-Service, FinDan Køle- og Elteknik and Nordfrost Køleservice.
Buus Køle-Service is headquartered in Nykøbing Mors, Denmark, and provides refrigeration solutions for grocery stores, retailers and industrial and commercial businesses. With the acquisition, Nordic Climate Group further strengthens its position in North West Jutland, Denmark.
FinDan Køle- og Elteknik is located in Allingåbro in Djursland, Denmark, and has a strong position in the local market within turnkey projects for supermarkets, comfort cooling and heat pumps while also performing installations all over Denmark.
Nordfrost Køleservice has a strong local position in the Esbjerg area with broad expertise in refrigeration and natural refrigerants. Over the past ten years, the company has expanded its presence in cooling for the offshore market, strengthening Nordic Climate Group’s marine offering.
Nordic Climate Group is the leading provider of cooling, heating and energy-efficient installations in the Nordic region and operates in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The business focuses on helping its customers minimise their carbon footprint while maximising the energy efficiency of their solutions.
Nordic Climate Group was formed in 2021 and shows revenue of SEK 4 billion and has approx. 1,550 employees working from over 80 local businesses in the Nordic region. Since Nordic Climate Group entered Denmark in May 2023, it has acquired several businesses with the assistance of Accura. Following the three new acquisitions, Nordic Climate Group now has nine Danish businesses with almost 200 employees.
