MT Højgaard Holding has sold its subsidiary Lindpro to Kemp & Lauritzen.
Lindpro is one of Denmark’s leading technical and service contractors providing electricity, security, IBI, assistive technology and facility management solutions. In 2019, Lindpro A/S had a revenue of DKK 757 million in Denmark.
As part of the sale, Kemp & Lauritzen takes over approx. 835 employees in 17 locations in Denmark.
The sale is subject to the approval from the Danish competition authorities.
