The Danish software business Luxion has partnered with the private equity fund GRO Capital.
Luxion is a global market leader in product design and 3D models. The company’s customers use Luxion’s software for designing 3D models in connection with product development. The customer list includes Google, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble and adidas.
Luxion was formed in 2003 and, today, the company has more than 10,000 customers and resellers in more than 80 countries.
The investment and the partnership with GRO Capital are primarily focused on product development, consolidation of Luxion’s leading market position and acceleration of growth on a global scale.
GRO Capital is specialised in investments in B2B software and technology businesses. The private equity fund started its first fund in 2015, and the partners behind GRO Capital have made more than 25 investments in leading Danish and international businesses.
