KKR and Palm Capital acquires Danish logistics asset

The private equity funds KKR and Palm Capital have acquired a Danish last-mile logistics asset from Catena.

The property, hosting Nemlig.com as long-term tenant, comprises 47,000 m2 of warehouse and offices and is located in Greater Copenhagen surrounded by good infrastructure and the new light rail due to be completed in 2025.

KKR is a leading international private equity fund investing across private markets worldwide and manages approx. USD 578bn. Palm Capital is a pan-European real estate investor and private asset manager managing business properties of approx. EUR 1.5bn.

The transaction is another example of KKR’s continued focus on the Nordic region as a key market for KKR’s European real estate platform, which also comprises recent investments in Finland, Copenhagen and Stockholm.
