The partners in the Danish building engineering consulting company INGENIØR’NE have sold an ownership interest of 82% of the shares to the Swedish investment company Storskogen.
INGENIØR’NE is a full-service building engineering consulting company, offering a wide variety of in-house engineering competencies and deep niche knowledge. The company has a large number of customers in the private and public sectors.
INGENIØR’NE was formed in 1972 and has more than 170 employees in offices in Esbjerg, Kolding, Odense and Aarhus. The members of the partner group will continue to hold a minority interest in the company.
Storskogen focuses on acquiring small and medium-sized businesses within industry, trade and service which already have a leading position in their respective markets. The company has approx. 9,000 employees in 27 countries. The acquisition of INGENIØR’NE is Storkogen’s third acquisition made by Storskogen in the past year.
