The UK private equity fund HgCapital has taken over the ownership of the Danish IT business IT Relation from Adelis Equity Partners in a billion-kroner transaction.
IT Relation specialises in outsourcing and optimisation of IT for small and medium-sized businesses.
The business provides services to customers in 55 countries and employs 470 people in 9 local offices and 3 call centres in Denmark.
The change of ownership will not lead to changes for employees, customers or suppliers, and the existing management will also continue after the change of ownership.
