As part of InstallatørGruppen’s IPO and listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen, FSN Capital and InstallatørGruppen have entered into a new multicurrency revolving credit facility with DNB Bank ASA, Nordea, Nykredit Bank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), with Nordea acting as agent and Nykredit Bank as coordinator. The facility refinanced the Group’s existing debt structure upon listing and established a capital platform designed for InstallatørGruppen.
The financing was executed in parallel with the IPO and was structured to complete in connection with the first day of trading, ensuring a seamless transition to a capital structure aligned with InstallatørGruppen’s profile as a listed company.
Installatørgruppen was founded in 2023 through the consolidation of 11 technical installation companies and has since completed 47 acquisitions across Denmark and Switzerland. Today, the Group comprises 42 Danish and five Swiss portfolio companies with activities within plumbing, heating, ventilation, cooling and electrical systems and other adjacent disciplines.
Accura advised FSN Capital and InstallatørGruppen in connection with the financing.
