Norwegian Håndsverksgruppen is positioning itself for further growth in Denmark adding the painting businesses Malermester Svend Aage Sørensen, Malerfirmaet Staubo, Malerfirmaet Seehusen and the painting and bricklaying business Olsen & Christiansen to the team.
In December 2022, Håndverksgruppen entered Denmark, and, in that connection, the first four painting businesses became part of Håndverksgruppen with assistance from Accura. Håndverksgruppen’s businesses offer all types of surface treatments within painting, tiling, masonry and flooring in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Håndverksgruppen, who is owned by the private equity fund FSN Capital and employees, has total revenue of more than NOK 6.8bn and employs approx. 4,400 people.
Accura advised Håndverksgruppen in connection with the four transactions and has advised Håndverksgruppen since they entered Denmark.
