FB Gruppen has sold two newly completed residential rental properties located in the Holbæk Have area to Alma Property Partners and the asset manager Three Lakes Capital.
The transaction comprises the properties Røllike Hus and Primula Hus, consisting of a total of 180 residential units with a combined area of approximately 12,700 sqm. Both properties have achieved DGNB Gold certification.
