The Danish renewable energy service provider Fairwind has been sold to the international private equity fund Triton.
Fairwind instals, services and repairs onshore and offshore wind turbines throughout the world. The company has been involved in projects in more than 40 countries and has more than 1,500 employees.
Triton wishes to use the investment in Fairwind to support the company’s continued growth and development. Moreover, it allows Fairwind to expand its palette of services.
The transaction is subject to approval by the authorities.
