The listed Finnish technology service company Etteplan strengthens its market position in Denmark by acquiring the consultancy and development company STRONGIT.
STRONGIT offers a wide range of consultancy services for essentially everything within product development, including product design, hardware and software development and integrated solutions, and assists the customer during the entire process. The company was founded in 2010 and employs a team of 13 highly qualified engineers and a network of approx. 70 freelancers working from offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Gråsten.
Etteplan provides engineering and consultancy services to the global manufacturing industry and is specialised in software and integrated solutions, engineering solutions and technical communication solutions. Etteplan has more than 4,000 employees in several countries and generated sales of EUR 350m in 2022.
In future, STRONGIT will become part of Etteplan’s service area Software and Embedded Solutions and, as part of Etteplan, STRONGIT will now be able to offer an even broader portfolio of services to its customers.
