Etteplan acquires Danish engineering and software company

The listed Finnish engineering business Etteplan has acquired the Danish engineering and software company TekPartner.

TekPartner specialises in the development of devices and control and monitoring systems. The company offers project and consulting services within design, construction, testing, documentation, etc.

TekPartner was founded in 2009 and has advised Danish and international businesses on device development in more than 260 projects. The company has offices in Herlev and Odense.

Etteplan provides engineering and consulting services to the global manufacturing industry. The services include technical solutions within industrial equipment, plant engineering, software, embedded solutions and technical documentation solutions.

Etteplan employs more than 3,400 persons in several countries, including Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and China. In 2019, the company generated sales of EUR 263m.

With the acquisition, Etteplan enters the Danish market and expands its presence in the Nordic countries resulting in increased growth opportunities. Being part of Etteplan, TekPartner is now able to offer an even broader portfolio of services to its customers.
