The Danish IT company EET has been sold to the private equity fund Pamplona. The seller is the North European private equity fund FSN Capital which has been the majority owner of EET since 2005.
EET distributes IT equipment and components for computers, printers, mobile phones, network, etc.
The group employs approx. 600 people and has 26 sales offices in 24 countries. EET provides services to more than 43,000 retailers and handles more than 1 million orders annually.
EET is headquartered in Birkerød, Denmark.
