The German investment company ECE will convert an office property on Gammel Kongevej 74A in Frederiksberg, Denmark, into a hotel and has concluded an agreement with the international hotel chain Ruby Hotels as the operator of the future hotel.
The hotel is the first Ruby Hotel in Denmark and is expected to consist of six floors and 219 rooms distributed on approx. 7,600 square metres. The hotel will also have a rooftop terrace with panoramic views and a winter garden at the ground floor.
ECE plans to invest a total amount of almost DKK 0.5 billion in the hotel, which is expected to be ready for use at the beginning of 2027.
Accura advised ECE on the conclusion of the agreement with Ruby Hotels and the development of the project.
