EasyTranslate has acquired the Danish translation company Translated By Us.
The transaction is part of EasyTranslate’s new equity-driven growth phase and is the first transaction completed under the partnership with Pride Capital Partners, Danske Bank Growth and Denmark’s Export and Investment Fund (EIFO).
With the acquisition, Translated By Us’ established public sector customer base will become part of the EasyTranslate network.
EasyTranslate is a Danish, AI-driven company that acquires smaller language and translation agencies and brings them onto its HumanAI platform to deliver services more efficiently and at greater scale.
The acquisition of Translated By Us is the second integration since EasyTranslate’s acquisition of World Translation in September 2024.
