Danica Ejendomme has entered into an agreement to acquire two rental housing projects from Holmsø Boligresorts’ senior housing concept.
The projects are located in Risskov near Aarhus and at Rådhustorvet in Horsens and comprise a total of 210 rental apartments targeted at residents aged 55+. The developments are expected to achieve DGNB Gold certification.
Holmsø’s senior housing concept comprises senior-friendly rental homes with shared facilities designed to support an active and social senior lifestyle.
Danica Ejendomme is expected to take over the projects upon completion, after which Holmsø Boligresorts will be responsible for the administration and operation of the properties.
