The Danish biomass energy and pyrolysis technology company Dall Energy has acquired Weiss France Énergie (“Weiss”), a French market leader within biomass technology, and Biomasse Services et Maintenance (“BSM”) from Groupe Roullier.
Weiss designs and installs biomass boilers for industrial and agricultural buildings and heating networks, among others. Weiss has grown to be a leader in the French market and, so far, has produced more than 1000MW of power from 500 boilers in operation. BSM offers a full range of maintenance services for the plants.
Dall Energy provides cutting-edge biomass energy technologies for the global energy market with its biomass gasification technology. The technology has advantages such as low cost, wide applicability and low emissions. The company was formed in 2007 by Jens Dall Bentzen.
In 2023, with assistance from Accura, Dall Energy received a major investment from French asset manager Eiffel Investment Group to help the company grow both nationally and internationally.
