Boyum IT Solutions has acquired the Danish software company FORNAV.
With the acquisition, Boyum IT Solutions strengthens its position in the Business Central ecosystem by adding a mission-critical solution that plays a central role in companies’ day-to-day document management.
FORNAV develops software that makes it significantly easier for both partners and customers to design, customise, manage and distribute documents, including invoices, orders, labels and reports, in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Boyum IT Solutions is a global software company providing specialised solutions within manufacturing, logistics, workflow, user experience and general system optimisation. The company plays a strategic role in both the SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystems and has more than 15,000 customers in 130 countries. Boyum IT Solutions is partly owned by the private equity firm Volpi Capital, which specialises in B2B software and tech services.
