BMI Group Danmark has acquired 70% of the shares in K.N. Tagdækning.
K.N. Tagdækning was formed in 1976 and specialises in roofing and façade constructions for both private and professional end-users. The company performs work all over Denmark with four offices in West Jutland and one office on Zealand.
BMI Group Danmark offers roofing products for all types of roofs and is behind the leading roofing brands Icopal and Monier. BMI Group Danmark is part of BMI Group, which is the largest manufacturer of roofing solutions in Europe with activities in 40 countries and more than 9,600 employees worldwide. The company is owned by the American industrial company Standard Industries.
